ruralworkspace.co.uk is owned and operated by me, Ian Butter.
I am a professionally qualified Chartered Surveyor and Town Planner and have worked in the rural sector for over 30 years now.
The advent of the internet opened up terrific opportunities for new forms of business and the residential property market has burgeoned with online agencies. I have been surprised however at how slow the commercial property industry has been to develop these ideas in certain sectors – rural property in particular.
So ruralworkspace.co.uk aims to fill that gap. My objective is to provide a Rural Property Portal for all kinds of commercial property, but to put you in charge.
I am not an estate agent or marketing company. The website simply offers the opportunity for you to advertise your property for rent or sale and provides a focal point for public access online. No need to trawl the various agents as they can now bring their products to you through the portal.
Having experienced the same issues overseas the Portal is open to all, wherever you are in the world.
And if you offer a product or service that is relevant then the Portal is there for you as well.
The website is a work in progress so we will be developing it as time goes on. In the meantime I hope that you will find this new resource of value and helpful in promoting you property or business.
