WE NOT AN ESTATE AGENT and we shall not have any obligation to you or any third party nor any liability in respect of the accuracy of the information submitted to the website, any negotiations between yourselves and any third parties in respect of property, services or other submissions to the website; any sales, marketing and any other costs associated with marketing, letting, selling any property or providing any service submitted to the website;
You shall maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions, including but not limited to the Estate Agents Act 1979, The Misrepresentation Act 1967, The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 and the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 and the determination of the requirement for and the preparation of any Home Information Pack.
We shall not pass Your Personal Data to any third party including our marketing affiliates and partners unless we have procured your express consent to do so.
RUPC Ltd and/or its licensors own all rights in the intellectual property rights relating to the Services and the Website.
